1. Collection, provision, and entrustment of personal information
1) When collecting personal information from users, we will notify them of the purpose of use and other matters regarding the handling of personal information in advance and obtain their consent before collecting the information.
2) Collected personal information will not be provided to third parties without the user's prior consent, except under orders based on laws and regulations.
3) When entrusting personal information, we will notify them in advance and obtain their consent before entrusting it.

2. Use and storage of personal information
Personal information collected from users will be used for responding to inquiries, providing information by email or post, and various guidance. The Organization will limit the scope of use of users' personal information and will strictly manage it to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, and leakage.

3. Disclosure and provision of personal information
Registered personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without the user's consent, except in the following cases.
■ When the Organization determines that it will cause disadvantage to third parties
This includes exchanging information with companies dealing with fraud victims and credit risk measures.
■When requested by law from a court, the prosecutor's office, the police, or a public institution that conforms to these.
■When there is an emergency that threatens a person's life or body, or when it is necessary to protect property.

4. Disclosure, correction, and deletion of personal information
If a user requests the disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal information, we will respond promptly within a reasonable range.
